Macro
By definition, macro photography has traditionally referred to the capture of an insect or object, that resulted in an image on the 35mm film frame (24x36mm) that ranged from 1:10 to 1:1 the size of the original subject. However, with lenses like the Canon 65 MP-E 1x-5x, you can now photograph objects up to 5:1 life size. That means if an insect is only 1mm long and you photograph it at 5x then the insect appears to be 5mm in the image. The Big Bend region is host to
